A step closer...

Well, slowly but surely we are moving along... Grace's I800 was approved today! Woohoo! It took exactly 3 weeks from being sent to being approved... too long in my opinion. However, we are celebrating being a step closer.. even if it is a very small step :)
Be still before the Lord and wait patiently for him. Psalm 37:7

The good news is now you can taunt, no I mean, nicely call DAILY or HOURLY if you want the NVC (once you have the 797 in your hand) and ask them every time if they have processed your stuff and when it was sent to the consulate.
Not that I would do that, just sayin, you could, if you wanted :)
OK, I totally did that!!!

Congratulations!!!! That is wonderful news for all of you! :) We are right behind you in the process and I know first hand how tough the wait can be...It's very REAL each and every day.

I'm not sure if I shared with you but my husband and I are amidst our second adoption and we are with Madison as well. Our little girl is in the Jiangxi province just like your sister! I just realized that and it's so cool!! :) Our daughter is at the Poyang SWI and we are hoping to travel sometime in July or August.

Sending up prayers for speedy paperwork processing!!

Congratulations!! We just received our 797 yesterday and I may just have to give NVC a call myself : ) Hoping I see your precious family in China! It was a pleasure to finally meet all of you last weekend.

You haven't really discussed things your family is doing to prepare for the addition of not only one, but two new children in the home. Also, an older child on top of it all. Mind sharing?
