AnnaClaire has been SO excited to make her gingerbread house! She has asked to make it every day for the past week!
We started out reading "Gingerbread Baby" and made sure to put a little gingerbread man at the bottom of the house. Then I put it together and she iced away!
She loved putting the icing on the house! I helped her smooth it out, but other than that, she did it all!
Kate enjoyed watching and eating a gingerbread man and a few pieces of candy!
I think AnnaClaire's very favorite part of making a gingerbread house was licking the icing off of her fingers! That was a big treat and she thought it was soooo tasty!
She stuck all the little candies on the house, too!
After watching for awhile, Kate got in on the action, too!

Here's AnnaClaire with her beloved gingerbread house that she has patiently waited to make! She wanted her name on it but since it's so long, we did a monogram... isn't it cute?
