It seems like just yesterday that our sweet little Booie was just a 13 month old baby being handed to her forever family...

But no, it was 4 years ago. And that 13 month old baby is now 5 years old and joyfully celebrating the day she joined the family that she loves with every ounce of her being. Because to her, there is nothing more important than just that: family. She reminds us of it every day, as she thanks Jesus, listing off every sibling, her mommy, and her daddy.

And so today was all about her. And the day in Hunan, China when she became a part of our family. Forever and ever.

There are no words to describe how my life changed on December 11, 2006. She screamed her way in, but it didn't last long. She has a joy about her that is infectious, a love about her that is so very real, the best smile, the most amazing hugs, the sweetest heart, the most precious personality. I cannot imagine my life without this sweet girl and I constantly praise God for allowing ME to be her big sister. How I love her so.

And here's her video. The story of AnnaClaire Chenhui (you might've seen her older video, but this is a newer one that I made shorter, added more video footage, and uploaded it in much better quality :))

Sweet, sweet video. I cried all the way through it! We were just LID (in Sept. 2006) when you got your precious Anna Claire. Wow! Look how far our families have come since then!
