I look at them...

and I cannot even describe what goes through my head.
And I hope that everyone I ever meet knows what a big part of ME comes from THEM.
Because truly, my life just wouldn't be the same without them.
Everytime that I watch them play,
and hear their sweet voices,
and look at their sweet smiles,
and see them giggle,
I cannot help but think of how beautiful this miracle of adoption is.
Please don't tell us that THEY are lucky.
It's
not
them.
I'm the lucky one.

You ARE the lucky one! But I say they are also just as lucky to have such a wonderful big sister! (and other wonderful family members). I love all the fun things you do with them, like taking them to movies by yourselves and stuff! :)

Said so well! I sometimes feel like I'm shouting to the wind when I say that it's not my kids that are the lucky ones. Thank goodness a few more folks understand!
