Gotcha, Kate! (10/25)

The nations will see your righteousness, and all the kinds your glory; and you will be called by a new name which the mouth of the Lord will designate. You will also be a crown of beauty in the hand of the Lord, and a royal diadem in the hand of your God. It will no longer be said to you, "Forsaken," nor to your land will it any longer be said, "Desolate"; But you will be called, "My delight is in her," and your land, "Married"; for the Lord delights in you and to Him your land will be married.
Isaiah 62:2-4

October 25, 2008. The day our lives were once again forever changed. The day Miss Katherine MeiLing became a part of our family. We love you sweet girl and are so thankful that God has blessed us with YOU!

I'm choking back tears! I hate hearing that terrified cry of these children as everything familiar is taken away. It's heartbreaking.

Like the other Jeanette, I love how Kate quieted down when AnnaClaire came over to give her a snack. too precious!

Thank you for sharing this.

Precious. Absolutely PRECIOUS! Oh, we sure could have used sweet Miss AnnaClaire at our Gotcha moment...Sara wailed and didn't stop for quite awhile. Poor girl, all we had for her were Cheerios. I have a feeling M&M's would have worked wonders. :-)

Love the part where AC gave your Mom a kiss, too! So sweet!

Glad you figured out how to post it. Thanks for working so hard on it.

Love to your fam!

To sweet that Anna Claire was able to calm Kate down! Actually Kylie was a tremendous help with us for Caleb as well! Even though we were in China with you, it was priceless to see this moment!
Sorry that I missed your mom and the little ones when I was in town ~ long story. Maybe it will work out over Thanksgiving!
