IT CAME!!!!!!!! PRAISE GOD!!!!!!!!! SHE IS BEAUTIFUL!!!!!!!!

Now can we just go get her?!?!??!

She is almost 16 pounds and 28 inches tall! (Little peanut!! That was AnnaClaire's size at 11 months!)

She is now in the orphanage, although she was in a children's village for almost a year.

She is walking now!

She is saying a few words!

She is still described as active, extroverted, and outgoing! (Although she is sometimes afraid of strangers)

She goes to bed at 8, wakes up at 5:30, has breakfast at 6:30, eats lunch at 10:30, and naps from 11-2:30.

She is eating mashed rice, some meats, and vegetables and still takes a bottle

She has no other special needs (other than the anemia and angioma)

Her nickname is "Xiao Liu Er" (Little Willow- the Liu part is in her actual name, but the "Xiao" and "Er" are not.)

oh and... we were told that they allow visitors at her orphanage so hopefully we will be able to go there!!

We are soooooo happy and are praising God!! Look how gorgeous our little girl is!! She is 17 months old and sounds very healthy (although she is quite the little peanut!!) AHHHHH we are so excited! Oh AND... her anigoma is on the left side of her face, which I know you can't really see... but we see NOTHING. In her referral pictures from the same angle (as the first one) you can see it, but you can't now. We are pretty sure they have treated it, as they mentioned that in her initial referral info... so we shall see, but it has definitely lightened!!

THANK YOU JESUS!! She is so beautiful. Look at her smile!!!

She is beautiful. And it does appear they've done some treatments on her angioma, it's much smaller and hardly noticeable now. I hope you get your LOA soon. I can't wait to see more pictures of her.

Gorgeous smile on that little girl!!

It's so exciting to learn more. It makes the wait easier seeing that she's happy and harder because you know what you're missing.

Hi Emily!

Oh, what a blessing that you got more pictures of Kate! Your little sisters are so cute!

My name is Kourtney, and my sisters and my parents and I are waiting for our referral from China. We are so excited to be adopting!!!!

We heard about your family through our friends the Strands, and have been following your blog since.

We just started our family blog, and if you would like to visit here's the link:

We would like to send you a square for Kate's quilt! Is it OK if we get your address from the Strands?

We'll keep little Kate in prayer!

Yay!!! I finally got a chance to get online and saw all the buzz over on Chatty Girls.!!! I am SO, SO happy for all of you. What precious photos and, yes, she is BEAUTIFUL. Her description sounds very much like what we learned about Sara. When we received her, she was 18 months and 18 lbs. and has grown into quite a healthy little girl. OH, I am SO excited for all of you. We'll continue to pray! Blessings & JOY, Amy
